Yes, there are stipulations. The top of the page stays as is right down to the navigation bar. The bottom of the page stays the same, as does the colour scheme, however, if it looks like crap with your colour scheme on it, we'll change it in the interest of taste, we have crappy looking websites...
Other than that, as long as everything fits within the width of up to 900 pixels, and you cough up the poultry sum of £400 a month, you can be the proud renter of this page. We'll even name it what you want and promote it as part of the site.
